| 摘 要： | 采用奇数沟千分尺可以使用单针法测量丝锥中径,日本三丰公司生产的奇数沟千分尺,在其产品说明书中给出了单针法测量丝锥中径的分步式计算公式。但是国产奇数沟千分尺如果采用上述分步式计算将会导致错误的结果。该文依据奇数沟千分尺的原理和丝锥中径的单针法测量原理,推导出了丝锥中径的综合计算公式。最后提供上述两种丝锥中径计算方法的实验对比结果,证明了分步式计算公式中系数准确计算的重要性。

| Abstract: | Measuring pitch diameter of the odd fluted tap by using the micrometer with prismatically arranged measuring faces,Mitutoyo corporation provided a multiple step format calculation formula for pitch diameter of tap.But this formula can not applied to the china-made micrometer with prismatically arranged measuring faces.Therefore,a integrated calculation formula for pitch diameter of tap is given in this paper.Finally,a experimental results of comparison of tap pitch diameter between above two calculation method is provided.It is proved that the coefficients in the multiple step format calculation formula is very important. |
