摘    要:介绍金昌冶炼厂亚行项目硫酸子项工程的工艺流程及主要设备特点。新建烟气制酸系统与奥斯麦特炉和转炉熔炼车间配套,年生产能力300 kt。净化工序采用一级动力波、气体冷却组合塔、两级电除雾器工艺,干吸工序采用低位高效干吸工艺,转化工序采用ⅣⅡⅠa-ⅢⅠb 3 1”4段两次转化工艺。另外,对试生产期间存在的问题及整改情况作了简要介绍。

Abstract:Process and equipment of Jincang Smelter' s sulphuric acid sub-item engineering financed by the loan of ADB ( Asian Development Bank) are described. The new sulphuric acid plant was designed to produce 300 kt/a H2SO4 with mixed off-gas from an Ausmelt smelting furnace and converters. It consisted of a cleaning section of one-stage DynaWave scrubber, a combined gas cooling tower and two stages of electrostatic eliminators, a drying and absorption section using low-level and high-efficiency technology and a conversion section in IV II Ia-III I b"3 1"double conversion configuration. The trial production of the plant is also described with respect to the problems encountered and corresponding measures.
