热重法铁矿粉还原性能的研究

摘    要:通过热重法对6种国内外不同烧结用铁矿粉的还原性能进行了试验研究, 由铁矿粉的开始还原温度、还原温度区间和失重还原率确定了铁矿粉还原性能的好坏。结果表明: 国产铁矿物C1粉和澳大利亚铁矿粉A1粉具有相对较低的开始还原温度及较宽还原温度区间, 失重还原率也较高, 是6种铁矿粉中还原性能较好的烧结用铁矿粉。

Abstract:Experimental studies on reduction behavior of six different kinds of sintering iron-ore fines at home and abroad by thermogravimetry were carried out.The reduction behavior of iron-ore fines was determined by the initial reduction temperature,reduction temperature range and weight loss reduction rate of iron-ore fines.The results showed that domestic iron-ore fines C1 and Australia-made iron-ore fines A1 had relatively lower initial reduction temperature,wider recduction temperature range and higher weight ...
