摘    要:在配电网主站系统建设过程中,配电网网络模型的完整性和正确性是各个配电网分析应用模块赖以实用化的前提和基础。当前在建设配电网主站时,其基础性的配电网模型主要从地理信息系统(GIS)或生产管理系统(PMS)导入。在模型导入过程中缺乏有效的全局校核手段,难以从整体上检查系统网络模型的完整性和正确性。文中基于配电网主站系统,利用统计服务及拓扑服务,针对全局性网络模型设计实现一种模型完整性、正确性的校核方法,能够从整体上把控系统网络模型的变化及质量情况。通过具体工程应用,验证了该方法的可行性及有效性。

Abstract:In the development of the distribution automation system, the integrity and correctness of the network model are the premise and foundation to the application modules in the distribution automation system. Currently in the development of the distribution automation system, the basic network model is mainly led in from the geographic information system(GIS)or production management system(PMS). Because of lack of global verification in the process of introduction, it is difficult to check network model global integrity and correctness. A verification method is designed by making use of statistical and topological services in the distribution automation system to check the network model changes and quality globally. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by concrete project applications.
