激励式仿真机实时通信研究

摘    要:针对激励式仿真机实时通信程序通用性差,可靠性与实时性低的问题,在分析激励式仿真机的工作机制及OVATION虚拟DOS的特点的基础上,结合OPO(OLE for Process Control)技术与TOP/IP技术,提出了一种基于OPCOA20与TCP/IP相结合的激励式仿真机实时通信的开发方案。对于数据通信,使用多OPC客户端异步通信的方法,同时利用内存映射文件建立系统运行的实时数据库,该方法既能实现多个进程数据的共享,又保证了实时的响应速度。对于指令通信,采用网络远程调用OVATION API函数的方式来实现DOS侧与模型铡状态和数据的一致性。实践表明该方案具有数据传输速率快,安全可靠性高,实时性好的优点,同时该系统通用强,能够通过OPC服务器与任何DCS进行数据交换。

Abstract:This article introduce characteristics of OPC technology, combined with the Working Mechanism of simulator and the characteristics of OVATION virtual DCS, the development plane of real-time communication is given. For the data Communication, the asynchronous communication of opc multi-clients is used. And this paper sets up a sharing memory area by memory mapping file which is used to the real time database. This method not only has realized the sharing of a lot of process data£-but also guaranteed the prompt response the speed for reading and writing date between the virtual DCS and the simulator. For the command communication, the way of calling OVATION Remote API function by the network is used to guarantee the coherency of the data and the state in DCS and the simulator. The practice show that this program have a lot of merits with fast data transfer rate, high security and authenticity high real time capability.
