DWP重介质旋流器流场计算流体力学数值模拟

摘    要:重介质旋流器是重介质选煤的关键设备,其结构参数和工艺参数直接影响重介质选煤的效 果。采用Fluent软件对两种DWP型重介质旋流器流场进行了数值模拟,根据模拟结果,着重对 双供介DWP型重介质旋流器进行了结构参数和能耗的研究。

Abstract:Dense medium cyclone is the key equipment used for dense medium separation of coal. Its structure and processing parameters directly effects on performance of coal separation by the process. The numerical simulation was done on flow fields in two types of DWP dense medium cyclone with Fluent software. Based on the results achieved from the simulation, study work has been carried out on structure parameters and power consumption of DWP dense medium cyclone with two medium inlets.
