预应力大体积混凝土配合比优化设计研究

针对青岛国际会展中心二期工程大体积预应力混凝土要求低热、抗裂、早强和耐久的特点,在确定了混凝土配合比设计的基本原则后,对配合比进行了性能试验,对混凝土的早期强度、碳化、氯离子扩散、收缩及抗裂性能等指标进行了试验测试,并在工程中实际应用,取得了较好的效果.

Study of mixture ratio optimization of mass prestress concrete

This paper studies the mass prestress concrete from Qingdao International Convention Center project.The mass prestress concrete wants lower hydratization heat,higher crack resisting ability,early-strength and durability.Under the basic design principle of ratio of mixture,the performance tests of the concrete mixture ratio,concrete early-strength,carbonation,the chlorine ion diffusion,concrete shrinkage,crack-resistant property etc.are carried out.All of these get good results in construction practice.
