煤矿安全管理能力影响因素结构方程建模

摘    要:以煤矿矿工的调查问卷为基础数据,运用结构方程建立煤矿安全管理能力影响因素模型.从调查问卷中提取“职工、班组、企业、环境”4层次20项影响因素建立模型,以职工层次因素作为模型的内源潜变量,以其它层次因素作为模型的外源潜变量.依据模型给出的修改建议,参照相关标准,从因子负荷λy和λx、参数β、路径系数γ、外源潜变量协方差PSI矩阵、内源潜变量协方差PHI矩阵6个方面修正模型.结果表明,“班组安全建设”和“领导班子重视”需要重点关注;“安全管理部门设置”和“法律法规与政策”有待改善;“工作责任心”和“心理素质”较敏感.
