CoO掺杂95MCT陶瓷的微波介电性能

摘    要:采用固相反应法制备了CoO掺杂的0.95MgTiO_3-0.05CaTiO_3(95MCT)介质陶瓷.研究了CoO掺杂对95MCT介质陶瓷烧结特性、相结构和微波介电性能的影响.结果表明,CoO掺杂的95MCT陶瓷的主晶相为MgTiO_3和CaTiO_3两相结构;CoO掺杂能有效降低95MCT陶瓷的烧结温度至1 250 ℃,同时提高陶瓷的品质因数.w(CoO)=2.6%的95MCT陶瓷在1 250 ℃烧结获得最佳性能,即介电常数ε_r =20.9,品质因数与频率的乘积Q×f= 48 908,介电常数温度系数α_c=1.06×10~(-5).

Abstract:0.95MgTiO_3-0.05CaTiO_3(95MCT)ceramics with CoO additive have been prepared by the conventional solid-state method.The effects of CoO additive on the sintering properties,phase structures and microwave dielectric properties of 95MCT are studied.The results show that MgTiO_3 and CaTiO_3 are the main phases of CoO doping 95MCT ceramics,the CoO doping can ruduce the sintering temperature of 95MCT ceramics to 1 250 ℃ and can effectively increase the Q factor.The 95MCT ceramics with amount of 2.6% CoO additive possesses excellent microwave dielectric,that is,a dielectric constant ε_r of 20.9(1 kHz),a Q×f value of 48 908 and a α_c value of 1.06×10~(-5).
