| 摘 要： | 近年来二种新型的质量分析器,即二维线性离子阱（LIT）和轨道阱（orbitrap）,陆续问世。本文就它们的基本原理、结构、离子运动方程、质量分析模式等作了简要的叙述。与三维线性离子阱相比,二维阱在空间电荷效应、射入阱内离子的捕获效率、分辨率等方面的优势进行了详细的讨论。就轨道阱而言,则着重于介绍下述方面：（1）由轨道阱和二维阱结合而成的质谱仪的重要特点,即宽质量范围内的高分辨率及相应的高精确质量测定精度（;2）在高分辨质谱条件下,与UHPLC的联用和MS/MS分析（;3）赛默-飞世尔公司的轨道阱质谱仪的产品性能指标;（4）凸显与高分辨相关联的轨道阱质谱技术的应用。
