| 摘 要： | 列举了粉末涂装生产过程中产生缩孔的10个案例,分析了各自的产生机理。所有机理都指向最根本的一点：固化温度下表面张力的差异。利用排除法可快速查找产生缩孔的原因,提出有效的杜绝缺陷的办法。

| Abstract: | Ten shrinkage cases during powder coating produces processes were listed,every produce mechanism were analyzed,respectively.All mechanism point to the most basic point: surface tension differences at the curing temperature.The reasons can be found quickly by using eliminate method and the effective way to eliminate defect of the shrinkage were proposed. |
