| 摘 要： | 目的研究初发2型糖尿病患者馒头餐试验后胰高糖素样肽-1（GLP—1）的分泌情况。方法选择30例初发2型糖尿病患者（糖尿病组）和10名健康志愿者（对照组），行馒头餐试验。均于空腹，餐后30、60、120和180min静脉取血测定血糖、血浆胰岛素和GLP-1（7-36）。结果糖尿病组馒头餐试验后胰岛素水平及GLP-1水平均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论初发2型糖尿病患者馒头餐试验后GLP—1水平降低。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the secretion patterns of glucagon-like peptide-1 （GLP 1） after standard breakfast in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods A standard test meal （steamed bread prepared by 100 g of flour） was given to 30 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and 10 healthy subjects. Venous blood was drawn before and 30, 60, 120 and 180 minutes after food intake for blood glucose,insulin and GLP-1（7-36） concentrations. Results After the test meal consumption,the levels of plasma insulin and GLP-1（7-36） amide in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were lower than those in healthy subjects（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Postprandial GLP-1 response is decreased in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. |
