| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肋骨内固定术治疗连枷胸的临床效果。方法将2007年7月至2008年7月采用非内固定手术治疗的73例肋骨骨折患者设为A组，2008年8月至2010年8月采用微创肋骨内固定术治疗的70例设为B组，比较2组患者疗效及并发症情况。结果B组呼吸机支持时间、住院时间、疼痛感觉、镇痛药用量、肺不张等均明显低于A组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论肋骨内固定术治疗连枷胸优于非内固定手术治疗组，具有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of internal fixation of rib fractures on flail chest. Methods The curative effects and complications were compared between patients who underwent non-internal fixation of rib fractures from July 2007 to July 2008 （group A,n=73） and patients who underwent minimally invasive internal fixation of rib fractures from August 2008 to August 2010 （group B,n=70）, Results Compared with group A,the number of patients requiring ventilatory support,the length of hospital stay, chest pain, analgesic consumption, the incidence of pulmonary atelectasis significantly increased in group B （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Internal fixation of rib fractures is superior to non-internal fixation and has high clinical value for flail chest. |
