基于BP神经网络的矩形花键插齿刀齿形设计

摘    要:针对矩形花键插齿刀的齿形设计,提出了利用BP神经网络的非线性映射特性逼近插齿刀切削刃形的设计方法,建立了插齿刀理论齿形坐标点与逼近曲线之间的BP网络模型。仿真结果表明,该方法可达到精确设计矩形花键插齿刀齿形的目的。

Abstract:Aiming at the profile design of gear shaper for rectangled spline,a design method was presented,by which the profile of gear shaper's cutting edge can be approached based on the nonlinear mapped characteristic of BP neural network.A BP network model between the coordinate points of gear shaper's theoretic profile and approaching curve was established.The simulation result indicates that the purpose of accurately designing profile of gear shaper for rectangled spline can be achieved.
