一起微机保护程序被误覆盖的事故分析

摘    要:介绍了某火电厂2号发电机微机保护程序被误覆盖而导致停机的事故。事故发生的直接原因是人为误操作将微机保护原程序覆盖,导致机组励磁开关跳闸,最终造成机组跳机。同时励磁微机保护程序的防护功能只由一键实现,无提示,缺乏必要的防护措施也是造成误覆盖的原因。文中提出了防范发电机微机保护程序被误覆盖事故的综合措施。

Abstract:The paper introduced the outage fault caused by miss cover program for microcomputer-based protection of No.2 generator in a certain firepower plant,and analyzed the direct reason for the outage fault,which is artificial mistake operation to cover the original program for microcomputer-based protection and to cause the switch tripping of generator excitation,and eventually to cause the outage fault. At the same time,the protection function of microcomputer-based protection program for the excitation was realized only by a key,the lack of necessary preventive measures is also the reason for the outage fault. The paper put forward the comprehensive measures for preventing the fault caused by miss cover program for microcomputer-based protection.
