杂质在线探测仪光路的优化设计与实现

摘    要:智能型杂质在线探测仪为集光学、电子学、计算机技术和精密机械技术于一体的工业控制检测系统,为了保证机械结构的准确性和光路调整的方便、快捷,我们对光路结构进行了优化设计,从基本物理模型出发得到了满足实际要求的各个参数之间的关系,理论结果与我们的实验平台和产品样机所测得的实验结果基本吻合,从而为杂质探测仪产品光路的加工和调整奠定了基础.

Abstract:The intellective impurity on-line detector is an industrial control and detecting system that is developed on the basis of laser technology, electronics, computer technology and fine mechanical technology. To ensure the precision of mechanical structure and facility of optical path, we processed optimal design of optical path and obtained the relationship among parameters which accorded with engineering requirements, based on physical model. Experiment results agreed well with theoretical results and provided bases for manufcacture and adjustment of optical path.
