摘    要:介绍了上海森松压力容器有限公司生产的105 m3氯乙烯悬浮聚合釜,该釜采用全流通螺旋内夹套结构,与传统的外夹套相比,釜内壁厚减少50%以上,传热热阻降低约50%,传热系数提高一倍多.经新疆天业(集团)有限公司40万t/a PVC工程生产考核,该釜具有传热能力和生产强度高、搅拌装置效果良好,安全可靠的特点,可用于大规模PVC树脂的生产.

Abstract:The 105 m3 polymerizer for the suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride made by Shanghai Morimatsu Pressure Vessel Co.,Ltd.was introduced.This polymerizer adopted structure of full circulation internal jacket.Compared with conventional outside jacket,the thickness of polymerizer wall decreased by nearly 50%,the heat transfer resistance decreased by about 50%,and heat transfer coefficient increased by more than 100%.Through evaluation in the 400 kt/a PVC project of Xinjiang Tianye(Group) Co.,Ltd.,it was p...
