| 摘 要： | CAPP系统应用的零件工艺结构与CAD软件生成的零件设计结构通常不是完全一致的，工艺人员对零件进行工艺设计之前需要对产品结构进行调整，使之由以实现功能为目的的设计结构转变成以指导生产制造为目的的零件装配工艺结构。针对这种情况探讨了一种产品结构调整的策略以及相应的实现方法，并在实际生产中得到应用。

| Abstract: | The process structures used by CAPP systems are different from the design structures used by CAD systems.The technologist need adjust the structure from design structures which purpose is aimed to implement the design function of the part to process structure which purpose is aimed to make process plane on the part.This article discuss a new method to adjust the product structure from process structure to design structure. |
