镁合金压铸过程中的阻燃研究及其进展

摘    要:综述了国内外在压铸过程中所采用的阻燃方法。在这些阻燃方法中,添加合金元素对镁合金阻燃具有明显作用,富Ce稀土的添加同样对镁合金的阻燃具有显著作用。试验结果表明富Ce稀土的添加可使镁合金起燃温度提高70℃。认为中国镁合金防燃的重点应放在普通冷室压铸机条件下通过添加稀土加以解决。

Abstract:Methods to preventing Mg alloy from burning in domestic and foreign countries were introduced. In the methods,alloying element addition, including Ce-rich RE,has the obvious effect on ignition proof of Mg alloy. The results showed that the addition of Ce rich RE could increase initial combustion temperature of Mg alloy by 70 ℃. In China with abundant Mg RE resource, the ignition proof of Mg alloy should be focused on RE addition, to prevent Mg alloy from burning and to promote wide application of Mg alloy at home using conventional cold chamber die-casting machine.
