纤维素酶对棉织物抛光整理研究

摘    要:文章研究了纤维素酶T-VG对棉织物的抛光整理工艺,通过测定顶破强力和悬垂系数对影响整理工艺因素的酶用量、pH值、时间、温度进行确定。结果表明:纤维素酶T-VG对棉针织物抛光整理的优化工艺条件为,酶的用量1.5%(o.w.f.),pH值为4.5-5.0,时间50min,温度45℃,且达到了满意的效果。与碱处理相比,生物酶对棉织物进行抛光整理是一项能节能减排、对环境友好的新工艺,在纺织印染加工中越来越得到广泛的应用。

Abstract:Cotton knitted fabrics were finished with cellulase T-VG conc. Four factors affecting on the effect of bio-polishing finishing were discussed and tested, such as quantity of enzyme, tempera-ture,pH value,processing time. The result shows that it could improve appearance, the best process technology is: quantity of enzyme: 1.5%(o. w. f.), pH value: 4. 5-5.0, time: 50min, temperature: 45℃. The cellulase is pro-environment and energy-efficient , which will be applied more and more.
