用微波萃取法提取茶叶中茶多酚的工艺研究

摘    要:以乙酸乙酯作为溶剂对茶叶进行微波萃取,通过比较不同萃取工艺的优缺点,对提取出的茶多酚采用标准曲线法进行测定,结果表明,用此法对茶多酚的萃取率较高,且省时,效率高。通过进一步的放大性实验,可以验证此方法在工业化提取茶多酚的应用方面很有前景。
