频谱仪测量不确定度的研究

摘    要:不确定度是与测量结果相联系的参数,表征合理地赋予被测量真值的分散性。测量不确定度反映的是测量结果的可信程度。准确有效地分析估算出频谱仪的测量不确定性,对评价测量结果和分析估算测量不确定度有重要作用。本文主要分析了影响频谱仪测量结果的内部因素,列举部分测量参数作测量不确定度B类分析,并给出了减少使用频谱仪进行测量时带来不确定性的方法。

Abstract:The uncertainty is in contact with measuring results. It shows dispersing of measured actual results logically. At the same time, it reflects the accredited degree of measuring results. The measurement uncertainty of analyzing and estimating spectrum analyzer with nicety and availability,it is important function to estimate measurement uncertainty and judge of measuring results. This paper analyses mostly the impact interior factors of measuring results, moreover, some parameters enumerated are analyzed of B kind the measurement uncertainty. At the same time, the methods of reducing measurement uncertainty are brought forward.
