频谱仪测量不确定度的研究

不确定度是与测量结果相联系的参数,表征合理地赋予被测量真值的分散性。测量不确定度反映的是测量结果的可信程度。准确有效地分析估算出频谱仪的测量不确定性,对评价测量结果和分析估算测量不确定度有重要作用。本文主要分析了影响频谱仪测量结果的内部因素,列举部分测量参数作测量不确定度B类分析,并给出了减少使用频谱仪进行测量时带来不确定性的方法。
