应用遗传算法的塔机起升机构模糊优化设计

摘    要:针对塔式起重机起升机构的设计实例,考虑到设计参数取值的不确定性,在满足承载能力和传动比分配要求条件下,以起升机构的减速器中心距最小为优化目标,建立了该问题的模糊优化设计的数学模型。由于传统的优化方法存在着求解过程复杂和寻优过程容易陷入局部最优解的问题,故应用matlab遗传算法工具箱寻求问题最优解,使求解过程得到简化,能可靠地获得全局最优解。

Abstract:For the sample of traction mechanism in tower hoist,considering the random character of the value of design parameters and being satisfied with the conditions of load-bearing capacity and distribution of transmission ratio,the maths model in fuzzy design optimization is set up which is to minimize the center distance of reducer in lift mechanism.As there is the problem of low efficiency and local optimum in traditional optimal methods,genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the optimization model,so that the optimization process is simplified and global optimum is acquired reliably.
