氢氧化钠-甲醇法对涤氨织物定量分析

摘    要:根据涤纶和氨纶在氢氧化钠-甲醇溶液中溶解性能的差异,文中用氢氧化钠-甲醇法对涤氨织物进行定量分析,通过改变温度和时间优化了最佳溶解工艺,并与传统手工拆分法对比,使用统计学方法进行数据分析,验证氢氧化钠-甲醇法定量分析涤氨的可行性。结果表明,氢氧化钠-甲醇溶液对涤氨织物定量分析最佳条件为:10%氢氧化钠-甲醇溶液,70℃水浴震荡15 min,涤纶不仅能完全溶解,且修正后的氨纶含量与手工拆分法无明显差异。

Abstract:According to the difference in the dissolving properties of polyester and spandex in sodium hydroxide-methanol solution,the sodium hydroxide-methanol method was used to quantitatively analyze the polyester and spandex blended fabric.The dissolution process was optimized by changing the temperature and time,and compared with the traditional manual splitting method,and the statistical methods was used for data analysis to verify the feasibility of quantitative analysis of polyester and spandex blended fabric by sodium hydroxide-methanol method.The results show that the optimal conditions are:10%sodium hydroxide-methanol solution,and 70℃water bath shaking for 15 minutes.Under this condition not only can the polyester be completely dissolved,but there is no significant difference between sodium hydroxide-methanol method and the manual splitting method.
