锦氨内衣纤维含量近红外光谱法快速定量分析

摘    要:文中通过选用锦氨内衣交织面料,分析面料中锦纶、氨纶不同的光谱特征并筛选合适的建模光谱,比较不同预处理方法建模效果的差异性并筛选最优建模参数,剔除异常样品选择校正和验证样品集,建立了锦氨交织面料纤维含量近红外快速定量分析模型。结果表明,对近红外光谱数据进行归一化处理后,选用光程类型恒定模式,在光谱区域4 477.9~8 944.2 cm^-1,以偏最小二乘法采用8个主成分数建立了锦氨交织面料定量分析模型,模型的校正均方根误差(RMSEC)为0.583,相关系数Rc^2为0.994 0,残差范围为-1.5~1.5,预测值与参考值比较接近,模型预测效果较好,满足锦氨内衣纤维含量快速测试的需求。

Abstract:This study is designed to investigate the model establishment and parameter selection of the near infrared spectroscopy on the quantitative analysis of fiber content of polyamide and spandex knitted underwear fabric.The quantitative analysis model of the fiber content of polyamide and spandex in interknitted underwear fabric are built up by analyzing the different spectral characteristics of polyamide and spandex fibers in fabrics through screening suitable modeling spectral and comparing the differences of modeling effects and pretreatment methods by optimal modeling parameters,and eliminating the abnormal samples through selecting calibration samples and validating samples.The results show that the quantitative analysis model of fiber content was established after normalizing near infrared spectroscopy data in the selected spectra ranges of 4477.9~8944.2 cm^-1,and partial least square method,and 8 principal component scores.The root mean square error of calibration(RMSEC)is 0.583 and linear correlation coefficient(Rc^2)is 0.9940,and the residual error is from-1.5 to 1.5.The predicted value is close to the reference value and prediction of the model brings about high effect,which can meet the requirements of rapid testing for fiber content of interknitted underwear fabric.
