摘    要:该研究旨在探讨6种市售农残速测试剂盒对倍硫磷、氧化乐果、水胺硫磷、地虫磷、杀扑磷等5种有机磷类农药的敏感性。方法 使用6种市售酶抑制-比色法农残速测试剂盒分别在5个浓度水平下测定了倍硫磷等5种农药的抑制率,绘制抑制率对农药浓度的折线图,同时用抑制率和农药浓度的常用对数进行线性拟合,分别计算出相关系数、IC50和IC10,根据IC10比较各种试剂盒对每种农药的敏感性进行比较。结论 6种试剂盒对倍硫磷均不敏感,6种试剂盒对其他4种农药的敏感性也各不相同,从所测定的5种农药来看,D试剂盒最优。讨论 建议国标和行标将判定阳性检出样品的标准降低。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of six kinds of pesticide residues test kits to five kinds of organophosphorus pesticides, such as fenthion, Omethoate, Isocarbophos, dinitrophos and chlorpyrifos. Methods: six commercially available enzyme inhibition colorimetric assay kits were used to determine the inhibition rates of five pesticides, such as fenthion, at five concentration levels, and the common logarithm of inhibition rate and pesticide concentration was used for linear fitting, The correlation coefficient, IC50 and IC10 were calculated, According to IC10, the sensitivity of various kits to each pesticide was compared. Conclusion: the six kits are not sensitive to fenthion, and the sensitivity of the six kits to other four pesticides are also different, According to the five pesticides determined, D kit is the best. Discussion: It is suggested that the national standard and industrial standard should reduce the standard of positive detection samples.
