摘    要:食品安全问题是我国现阶段关注度最高的问题之一,接触材料质量安全间接影响食品安全,对食品接触材料产品的质量安全也越来越受关注,本文通过对食品接触材料的质量问题和监管控制方面问题进行阐述分析,通过对常见的食品接触材料的类型和易发问题进行研究分析,确定对食品接触材料监管的关键环节,以及对检验监管过程中的存在的问题和不足之处进行分析,对食品接触材料的关键点控制提出检验监管的建议,并根据实际情况进行不断完善各项监管措施,以便能够更好的提高食品接触材料的安全性。

Abstract:Food safety problem is one of the most popular problem at the present stage in China, contact indirectly affect food safety, material quality and safety for food contact material product quality safety is becoming more and more attention, this article through to the quality problem of the food contact materials and regulatory control aspects elaborates the problem analysis, through the common types of food contact materials and through analyzing common problems, determine the key links of supervision on food contact materials as well as to test the existing problems and deficiencies in the process of regulation is analyzed, the key point of food contact material control inspection supervision Suggestions, And according to the actual situation to constantly improve the supervision measures in order to better improve the safety of food contact materials.
