摘    要:现有的金黄色葡萄球菌监测数据分析方法存在精度低、完整度差的缺陷。针对上述问题,提出肉制品微生物检测中金黄色葡萄球菌的监测数据分析方法。根据金黄色葡萄球菌监测数据分析的需求,采用荧光定量PCR法对肉制品中的金黄色葡萄球菌进行快速检测,对检测中的金黄色葡萄球菌数据进行提取并分析。通过模拟实验进行数据分析,与现有的金黄色葡萄球菌监测数据分析方法相比较,发现提出的金黄色葡萄球菌监测数据分析方法极大的提升了分析的准确度与完整度,结果表明,所提出的金黄色葡萄球菌监测数据分析方法具有较好的分析性能。

Abstract:The existing methods of monitoring data analysis of Staphylococcus aureus have the defects of low accuracy and poor integrity of monitoring data. In order to solve the above problems, the monitoring data analysis method of Staphylococcus aureus in microbial detection of meat products was proposed. According to the requirement of monitoring data analysis of Staphylococcus aureus, the rapid detection of Staphylococcus aureus in meat products was carried out by fluorescence quantitative PCR, and the data of Staphylococcus aureus in the detection were extracted and analyzed. The simulation experiment was used to analyze the data. Compared with the existing data analysis methods for Staphylococcus aureus surveillance, the proposed data analysis method for Staphylococcus aureus surveillance greatly improved the accuracy and completeness of the analysis. The results show that the proposed data analysis method for Staphylococcus aureus surveillance has better analysis performance.
