摘    要:采用超声波辅助法来制备青稞麸皮油,研究青稞麸皮油联合有氧运动对高脂饮食大鼠动脉硬化脂代谢的影响。将50只SD大鼠分成对照组、模型组、运动组、青稞麸皮油组、青稞麸皮油联合运动组,其中对照组给予普通饲料,其它四组给予高脂饲料,建立动脉硬化模型,持续6w。结果表明:青稞麸皮油可以有效缓解大鼠动脉硬化的症状,能够抑制炎症反应,降解细胞外基质,同时对TIMP-1起到拮抗作用,尽可能避免TIMP-1对MMP-9造成影响。另外,青稞麸皮油还可以降低TC、TG、LDL-C的水平,提高HDL-C的水平,可以改善脂代谢来抑制动脉硬化的形成。并且两者联合优于单独作用。表明青稞麸皮油对大鼠动脉硬化症状有良好的干预作用,同时大鼠脂代谢得到改善。

Effect of highland barley bran oil combined with aerobic exercise on lipid metabolism in atherosclerotic rats fed with high fat dietLiu Xuemei1,Hu Guyue
Abstract:The effect of barley bran oil combined with aerobic exercise on the metabolism of atherosclerotic lipids in rats fed with high-fat diet was studied. 50 SD rats were divided into control group, model group, exercise group, highland barley bran oil group, highland barley bran oil combined exercise group, in which the control group was given ordinary feed, the other four groups were given high-fat feed to establish arteriosclerosis model, lasting for 6W. The results showed that barley bran oil could effectively alleviate the symptoms of atherosclerosis, inhibit the inflammatory reaction, degrade the extracellular matrix, antagonize TIMP-1, and avoid the effect of TIMP-1 on MMP-9 as much as possible. In addition, barley bran oil can also reduce the level of TC, TG, LDL-C, improve the level of HDL-C, and improve lipid metabolism to inhibit the formation of atherosclerosis. And the combination of the two is better than the single effect. The results showed that barley bran oil had a good intervention effect on the symptoms of atherosclerosis in rats, and the lipid metabolism in rats was improved.
