不破壁松花粉对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用

摘    要:目的 研究不破壁松花粉对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法 以不破壁松花粉为受试物, 每天以0.33、0.67、2.00 g/(kg·bw) 3个剂量经口给予小鼠30 d。对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力、吞噬细胞的吞噬功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能等方面进行测定。结果 0.67 g/(kg·bw)/d组小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬百分率以及自然杀伤(natural killer, NK)细胞活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 2.00 g/(kg·bw)/d组小鼠血清半数溶血值(half hemolytic unit of complement, HC50)以及NK细胞活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 本实验条件下, 不破壁松花粉在0.67 g/(kg·bw)/d和2.00 g/(kg·bw)/d剂量下有一定程度的增强小鼠免疫力功能的作用, 其机制有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective To study the immunomodulation effects of unbroken pine pollen on mice. Methods The unbroken pine pollen was used as the test material. The mice were orally given 3 doses of 0.33, 0.67 and 2.00 g/(kg·bw) per day for 30 d, respectively. The lymphocyte proliferation ability, phagocytic function and monocyte macrophage function of mice were measured. Results The lymphocyte proliferation, phagocytosis percentage of chicken erythrocytes by peritoneal macrophages and activity of natural killer (NK) cell activity in 0.67 g/(kg·bw)/d group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Half hemolytic unit of complement (HC50) and NK cell activity of 2.00 g/(kg·bw)/d group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the condition of this experiment, unbroken pine pollen at the dose of 0.67 g/(kg·bw)/d or 2.00 g/(kg·bw)/d has the effect of strengthening the immunomodulation of mice, but its mechanism needs further study.
