电厂烟气一氧化碳检测技术及应用

摘    要:电厂锅炉上安装烟气成分在线监测系统是目前的发展趋势,能够提高锅炉燃烧效率,降低烟气中污染物的排放,其中的CO量是必测项目之一。本文对常见的几种CO监测技术的原理和特点进行综述比较;对测点的选择、取样的方式进行分析探讨;对电厂选择安装CO分析仪提出建议。本文对电厂机组改造和运行具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:Installation gas element on- line monitor system in power plant boiler is now a development current. It can increase combustion efficiency and decrease gas emission. Among the gas elements, CO content is a necessary measuring item. Theories and features of some familiar CO monitor techniques are summarized and compared. Measuring site and sampling ways are probed. This text puts forward suggestions on selecting and planting CO monitor in power plant. It is in some case a guidance to power unit rebuilding and performance.
