大型高炉鼓风机轴向振动处理方法研究

摘    要:大型高炉鼓风机组,经常会遇到振动超标问题,特别是机组轴承座轴向振动,产生的原因通常非常复杂。针对大型鼓风机组的轴承座轴向振动产生机理和原因进行深入研究,成功治理好某钢铁公司大型引进型高炉鼓风机组的轴向振动超标问题。

Abstract:Vibration high is often happened on heavy-duty blast furnace blower,especially axial vibration of the bearing from very complex reasons.This paper analyzes the mechanism and reason of generating the bearing axial vibration on heavy-duty blast furnace blower,puts forward a treatment method on this problem.An axial vibration fault on one imported heavy-duty blast furnace blower was solved successfully by using this method.
