GSP加压气流床气化技术及其在中国的应用前景

摘    要:GSP加压气流床气化技术是近年来投入商业化运行的新一代大型先进气化技术之一,由前东德的德意志燃料研究所开发。该气化技术采用气化炉顶干粉加料、氧气气化、炉底液态排渣。本文在介绍了该气化技术的开发历程、气化炉结构、工艺流程及技术特点的基础上,分析了该气化技术在中国的应用前景。

Abstract:GSP entrained flow gasification process is one of the advanced large scale gasification technologies of new generation, which is developed by the German Fuel Institute of the former German Democratic Republic The dry powder of raw material is fed into the reaction chamber from the top of the gasifier, oxygen is used as oxidant, and the molten slag formed in the high temperature reaction is discharged at the bottomof the gasifier In this paper, the application prospects of GSP technology in China is investigated after the presentation of the development course, the configuration of the gasifier, flow scheme and the technical characteristics of the technology
