摘    要:指出了抽水蓄能电厂与常规水电厂在控制上的主要差别是水泵工况启动和联合抽水控制等问题。水泵工况启动常用变频器(SFC)启动等方式,文中介绍了经国内有关单位改造后的潘家口抽水蓄能电厂计算机监控系统和SFC具有较其他引进系统更为丰富的功能,并分析了引进系统普遍存在的性价比不合理的现象,认为在建和即将建设的大中型抽水蓄能电站采用国产化的计算机监控系统是完全可行的。

Abstract:It is pointed out that the main differences between conventional and pumped storage power plants are start up on pumping mode and joint pumping control. In the former case, SFC is usually used. An introduction is given to the reformed monitoring and control system and SFC of more functions used in Panjiakou Pumped Storage Power Plant. In addition, the unreasonable ratio of performance to price for almost all imported systems is analyzed. It is believed that it is feasible to apply domestic monitoring and control systems to large and medium sized pumped storage power plants in planning or in construction.
