| 摘 要： | 高职院校对科学研究的日趋重视,带动更多的教育科研人员申报各种科研课题。在日渐繁重的科研管理任务中,传统的科研管理模式受到极大的冲击,科研管理模式的弱点和弊端暴露出来,如何提高科研管理水平,是摆在科研管理人员面前一个难题。文章从日常工作实际出发,就高职院校科研管理模式转变提出一些见解与广大科研管理人员探讨。
