| 摘 要： | 设备诊断技术不应仅停留在监测、诊断层面上,为适应企业经济效益最大化的要求。根据故障的性质、严重程度及发展趋势等情况,在设备运行条件下,采取适当的状态调理方法,是十分必要的。通过分析几种典型常见故障状态,对在线调理方法进行了初步探讨,并介绍了几个应用实例。

| Abstract: | the equipment diagnosis technology only remained at the level of monitor and diagnosis, it could not satisfy the maximization requirement of enterprise economic benefit. In accordance with the situation of failure property, serious degree and development tendency it had very important meaning to adopt suitable condition regulation method for prolonging equipment operation period, reducing unscheduled shut-down and raising the enterprise management level. In this article the regulation method in situ of several typical common failure conditions were discussed briefly. Some applied actual examples were recommended. |
