摘    要:用异丙醇作为添加剂,采用水热法,在添加1 mL异丙醇的水溶液中制备了MnO2,并与在纯水中制备的MnO2进行比较,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对样品的结构、形貌进行了表征,结果显示,在异丙醇水溶液中合成的样品具有更高的结晶程度,为α-MnO2和γ-MnO2的混合相,添加异丙醇后改善了样品的微观颗粒形貌,提高了颗粒的分散度.电化学测试表明,添加异丙醇后样品的电化学性能得到明显改善,具有更好的循环伏安性能和更小的电化学阻抗,其在2 mA/cm2电流密度下放电比电容达到289.56 F/g.

Abstract:MnO_2 was prepared with 1 mL isopropanol doped by hydrothermal method, and properties of MnO_2 were compared with that prepared without additive. XRD, SEM analysis indicates that MnO_2 prepared with 1 mL isopropanol doped comparing with the one synthesized without additive exhibit higher crystallization degree and the composition of the sample is α-MnO_2 and γ-MnO_2. MnO2 with additive droped shows morphology of the particles improves and decentralization enhances. Resultes of electrochemical tests show that supercapacitor performance of MnO_2 with additive doped improved greatly. Isopropanol added attributed to better cycle performance and lower electrochemical impedance. Results of constant current charge/discharge show that the specific capacitance reaches 289.56 F/g at 2 mA/cm~2.
