| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the characteristic of marketing project and the current status and the existing problems of project safety management. Based on the current status of power supply enterprises marketing project, used the idea of PDCA closed-loop manage- ment, this paper discussed the management and risk control method of power supply enterprise in the implementation of marketing project management. |
