摘    要:介绍了根据发电机组有功功率振荡的性质和特点,一种能够准确可靠的判断振荡是否已经发生的方法。该方法对有功功率振荡能迅速做出正确判断,及时发出警告信号,提醒监控人员注意并采取相应措施,同时还能自动地对发电机组相关控制系统或控制方式进行切换.及时消除已发生的振荡,避免诱发区域电网低频振荡的异常发生,提升电网运行的安全稳定性。

Abstract:This paper introduced an accurate and reliable method of judging whether oscillation has already occurred based on the properties and characteristics of generator active power oscillation. The method could quickly make the right judgment of active power oscil- lation, produced a warning signal timely, alerted monitoring personnel and take corresponding measures. At the same time it also could automatically switch generator set control system or control mode, eliminated the occurred oscillations, avoided inducing abnormal low frequency oscillation of regional power grid, and improved the operation safety and stability of power grid.
