摘    要:通过对组织学习理论和管理创新理论的概述整合,认为管理创新的基础就在于构建一个能够适应外界环境变化的组织,而组织学习则正是保证组织自适应性的关键因素,探讨了构建学习型组织对企业管理创新的重要意义。

Abstract:Through the integration of the organization study theory and management innovation theory, it was considered that the basic of management innovation was to construct an organization with the capability of outer adaptation. The organization study was the key factor to guarantee the self-adaptation of the organization. The paper discussed on the significance of constructing the study organization to the innovation for enterprise.
