基于负载敏感多路阀的旋压机液压系统设计

摘    要:介绍了旋压机的工作原理,在对旋压机液压系统存在的主要问题进行分析的基础上,设计了新的液压系统,该系统采用变量泵和负载敏感多路阀,实现了旋压机的无级变速,减少了液压系统的压力损失,降低了液压元件的分散程度及系统油温和噪声,使系统能量得到了最有效的利用。提高了工作效率。

Abstract:Based on the introduction of the working principle of spinning machine and analysis for hydraulic sys- tem of spinning machine, it designs a kind of hydraulic system of spinning machine with variable pump and load sensitive multi -way valve, realizes the infinitely variable speed of the pulley spinning machine, decreases the pressure loss of hydraulic system and the dispersion of hydraulic components. This hydraulic system reduces the pressure of oil and noise, improves the use of system energy in a more effective way and working efficiency.
