| 摘 要： | 以毕节城区2012年的实际可靠性统计数据为基础，对供电可靠性评估涉及的指标情况和停电原因进行了分析，并基于评估结果，发现电网存在的问题，进一步生成切实可行的提高供电可靠性的对策，并择其实施难易程度较小，潜在效果较高的措施给予实施，从而形成供电可靠性评估及其决策支持体系的基本框架。

| Abstract: | Based on the actual reliability statistics, analyzed the power failure reasons and indexes which the power supply reliability evaluation involved. Based on the evaluation results, find the problems existing in the power grid, further to generate the feasible countermeasures to enhance the reliability of power supply. This paper chose the less implementation diffieuhy and higher potential effect measures to implement, thus formed the basic framework of the power supply reliability evaluation and decision support system. |
