| 摘 要： | 从停电管理专业角度对2011至2013年间凯里城区配电网各类停电工作、可靠性指标情况进行分析，通过分析表明，停电管理是影响配电网供电可靠性水平的主要因素，必须合理安排计划停电、严控临时和故障停电，优化提高配网建设和运行管理水平，推行创新带电作业等技术手段。

| Abstract: | From the professional perspective of power management, all kinds of power distribution network＇ s outage management work and the effect of reliability index were analyzed. The results showed that outage management was the main factor that affected the level of power supply reliability in the distribution network, so scheduled outage must be arranged reasonably and temporary electricity inter- ruption or power failure must be controlled strictly, optimizing and improving the distribution network construction and operation management level, implementing the innovative live working technical means should be done. |
