摘    要:研究了红色、黄色、蓝色、绿色和紫色五种LED对纤维素酶产生菌WB-2生长代谢的影响,结果表明:五种光源对WB-2的生长均有一定的促进作用,其中紫色LED促进细菌的生物总量增大最大,达到了7.1%;蓝色LED促进发酵液中纤维素酶酶活力的提高,达到了9.0%.

Abstract:This paper studies the effect of the five kinds of LEDs,including red,yellow,blue,green and purple,on the growth of a cellulase producing strain WB-2.It shows that all of the five lights have a pushing effect on WB-2's growth,and among them the purple LED may result in a largest increase in the amount of bacteria with a percentage of 7.1%,while the blue LED can increase the activity of cellulose by 9.0%.
