金属离子对蛋白酶活力和热稳定性的影响

摘    要:分别详细考查了3种金属离子对1398中性蛋白酶活力和热稳定性的影响。采用福林法测定了蛋白酶的最适反应温度和pH值,并在最适条件下确定了3种不同金属离子的最适反应浓度,考察和比较了它们对蛋白酶活力及热稳定性影响的差异,结果表明:这3种金属离子对酶活均有提高,而钙离子还具有增强酶热稳定性的作用。

Abstract:The activity and hot stability of 1398 protease effected by three metal ions were studied. The temperature and the pH of protease were determined in the reaction by Flin,the optimal concentration of three metal ions were determined, also the differences of the activity and hot stability of 1398 protease were studied and compared which is effected by the three metal ions, the result showed that the better activity of 1398 protease was get by the effect of three metal ions and the hot stability of 1398 protease was increased by Ca2 ion.
