润滑油基础油脱氮剂的工业应用

摘    要:目前,在润滑油基础油脱氮工艺方面,有各类不同脱氮机理的脱氮剂。在实验室评定条件下,它们均能表现出优越的脱氮效果。但在工业生产应用方面,它们的脱氮效果却表现出很大的差异,甚至有些脱氮剂根本无法工业应用。经分析发现:脱氮剂在脱氮过程中的分离能力是影响其工业应用的关键因素。实验室条件下的分离是静态分离,而工业应用条件下的分离是动态分离。由于各类脱氮剂的脱氮机理不同,因此,其适应动态分离状态下的电沉降分离工艺的程度也不同,表现出的分离能力也就有强弱。所以,工业应用中选择脱氮剂不但要考察脱氮效果,分离能力也是一个十分关键的问题。络合型脱氮剂具有良好的分离能力。

Abstract:In the process of lube base oil denitrification,there are various denitrifiers with different deni-trogenation mechanism now. Under conditions of laboratory evaluation,all of them can show the superior denitri-genation effects; but in the industrial application, their denitrigenation effects show such large difference that some of them can't be applied in the industry at all. By analysis,it can be found that the separating effect of nitrogen residue from denitrified oil in denitrification process is a key factor to influent its industrial application. The separation at laboratory is static,and the separation in industrial application is dynamic. Due to the fact that various denitrifiers possess different denitrogenation mechanism, their separation effect applying to electrodeposi-tion separation technology is discrepant. Consequently, in the industrial application for selecting denitrifier, it is necessary to investigate not only the denitrogenation effect but also the separation capability of denitrifier. The denitrifier of complexation type has a good separation capability.
