数理统计在石墨炉原子吸收分析中的应用

摘    要:通过正交设计实验对石墨炉原子吸收光谱分析进行条件优化,并对常人尿中的镉含量进行了测定.结果表明,在优化分析条件下,镉的检出限为0.0062ng/mL,平均回收率98.10%;对1.000ng/mL的镉溶液进行10次平行测定,变异系数为2.98%.

Abstract:The orthogonal method to seek the best condition of atomic absorption spectrophotometry is used. Under this condition, the amount of cadmium in urinate of nomal people is determined. The result shows that the detection limit is 0.006?2?ng/mL, the average rate of recovery is 98.10%; the coeffcient variation for 10 parallel determination of 1.000?ng/mL of cadmium is 2.98%.
