摘    要:轧钢加热炉燃烧自动控制在绝大多数场合被理想化,认为自动就是无人操作;同时也自然就有与之完全对立的另一种观点,认为轧钢加热炉燃烧自动根本不好用,只能手动.通过分析控制方法和现场可能出现的情况,总结了切合实际的自动运行机制,也是在目前现有条件和技术水平下切实可行的实现燃烧系统自动控制的最好途径.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the control strategies which had been proved to be realizable and efficient in many plants already and the reasons why most combustion automatic control could not work in automatic mode, some running regulations about combustion automatic control are deduced. With existing facilities and technology, these methods should be most efficient and practical in keeping combustion control running in automatic mode and improving the control quality of chamber temperature of reheating furnace.
