| 摘 要： | 根据螺杆泵在开机憋压、关机憋压和停机憋压三种状态下取得的关井油管压力与关井时间的关系曲线，对井下发生的各种情况进行定性诊断，以反映出泵的各种工作状况。现场应用证明这种憋压曲线法使泵况诊断工作简单，可靠。

| Abstract: | Based on the relation curve of shut-in tubing pressure and shut-in time obtained,the all kinds of operating mode of screw pump in downhole can be diagnosed,i.e.normal pump work,rod parting,tubing leak and pump leak.Field applications the hold pressure curve method make the diagnosis work of screw pump operating mode simple and accurate. |
