川电东送工程系统调试

摘    要:川电东送输变电工程于2002年4月完成系统调试并投入运行,实现了华中电网和川渝电网通过380km万龙联络线的联网运行。系统调试的主要结论为:(1)投、切万龙空载线路,断路器无重燃,试验结果在规程允许范围内(2)在万龙线万县侧进行人工单相接地试验,系统一次设备、继电保护、操作控制系统均正常运行或动作。(3)华中一川渝电网通过万龙联络线并、解列操作不会对系统造成大的冲击。(4)系统扰动试验(包括切机、跳线、投切电抗器和单相对地短路)表明互联系统能够经受这类扰动,保持稳定运行。

Abstract:The transmission project to transport power from Sichuan province to Eastern area of China was tested and put into operation in April 2002, so that the Central China Grid and Sichuan-Chongqing Grid are interconnected through the 500kV tie line with length of 380km from Wanxian in Sichuan-Chongqing Grid to Longquan in Central China Grid. The main conclusions from the commissioning tests are as follows: (1) The circuit breakers were never re-ignited and the measuring values were within the specified ranges in the tests of closing and opening the unloaded tie line. (2) The tests of manually single phase short circuit to ground at the Wanxian side of the tie line shows that the equipment, relays, operation and control system were in normal operation or action. (3) The impacts of connecting and disconnecting the two power grids were small. (4) The disturbance tests, including generator tripping, 500kV transmission line tripping, reactor switching, and single phase short circuit to ground, shows that the interconnected power system could keep stability under such disturbances.
